Procedures depend on the type of Romanian company, branch or subsidiary. Nevertheless basic steps include: reserving the company name, drafting the required documents (Articles of Association, Affidavits, Specimen Signatures etc.), perform Notary and Apostille procedures and file the documents with the Trade Register for registration of the Romanian company.

Costs depend on the type of structure, number of shareholders and directors, purchase of additional services such as Romanian VAT Registration, Registered Office, Virtual Office etc. Our attorney-fees usually amount to between 600 - 1,000 Euros depending on the client's requirements.
